LIRRAttention Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, Woodside CustomersTonight, all westbound trains (except Port Washington Branch trains) are not stopping at Woodside Station, while temporary platforms will be in place at Kew Gardens and Forest Hills as LIRR crews rehabilitate track infrastructure in the area west of Woodside following a broken rail last Friday. While repairs to the rails were made, we are now proactively addressing the root cause of last week's incident, including tie replacements, drainage improvements, and resurfacing through this area, to ensure a more reliable trip for all. NYC Transit will cross-honor LIRR fares between Jamaica and Woodside through 12:01am on Monday, 2/24. Please listen to on-board announcements. All eastbound service will make any regularly scheduled Woodside stops.
